Senator Al Franken took issue with the answers Donald Trump's Supreme Court Justice nominee Neil Gorsuch gave in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee when he was pressed on his infamous Trans Am ruling which allowed a company to fire a truck driver for refusing to drive a truck with frozen breaks.
