Yes - we should celebrate the fact that Rochester, Duluth and Mpls/St.Paul/Bloomington are numbers 66, 76 and 85 in the top 100 for cities adding jobs.  Does anyone, however, think it is just a coincidence that the numbers 1, 2 and 3 cities reside in right to work states? Or that 7 out of the top 10 cities are in right to work states, and 14 out of the top 20. . . . Indiana just posted a $2 Billion surplus.
