President Obama has resumed his vacation in Hawaii. Yesterday, however, he managed to release a taped message in which he outlined his priorities for 2013 – listing them in order as winding down the war in Afghanistan, reforming immigration and gun control. It should come as no surprise that he also cautioned that many of the issues that made the fiscal cliff deal so difficult remain unresolved.
